ForePlay Golf (FPG) ships your order within 24 to 48 hours following your purchase. This process time allows us to validate the shipping and billing information to prepare your shipment. 

We use third-party services such as UPS and USPS to fulfill you order. After we drop off your package to a third-party delivery service, FPG does not take responsibility for any DELAYS or DAMAGES caused by third-party service.We take our time in properly preparing orders and diligently wrapping/boxing your clubs in protective materials, in order to prevent damages. Circumstances that may cause shipping delay include labor shortages or severe weather circumstances. 

Purchase Policy:

As the clubs sold on Foreplaygolfshop.com are not produced or manufactured by Foreplay Golf Shop, Foreplay Golf Shop will not be liable for the performance or quality of the clubs so long as clubs are authentic and in good working condition at the point of sale. Furthermore, Foreplay Golf Shop cannot be held liable for any damages caused by the clubs that we sell as we are not the producers of said clubs. Not to Mention, Damages to the Shaft, Club Heads and or Grips after are not the responsibility of Foreplay Golf Shop after the Shipping process is proven as successful to its given address.

Return Policy:

ForePlay Golf Shop offers a 7-day return period for all used Golf Clubs or Accessories. If the clubs you buy from us do not satisfy your playing needs, ship them back to us and get In-store credit to our shop with a 30% Re-stocking fee added to the return. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions and concerns. If the equipment you bought from us does not suit your play style, contact our professionals for club fitting advise!


Trade-In Policy:

ForePlay Golf Shop offers a trade-in outlet for golfers to send in there unwanted equipment. For your convenience we offer our shipping label services to save you time and money in the trade-in process! We will purchase the shipping label on your behalf and send you said label via PDF Format. The cost of said label will be deducted from trade-in value. We maintain quality standards in both the equipment we sell and take in. If your proposed trade-in does not meet our condition standards, we have right to turn down Trade-in offers upon inspection. For your assurance, we require photos to be uploaded in our digital form, located on our home page under "Services," this ensures so we are able to best evaluate your clubs condition before a Trade-in is shipped to us.
